ZAI is operated by Zestaura Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Zestaura”, “we”). This policy explains how we handle information when you use zai.zaibud.com and related apps. For questions, write to admin@zaidbud.com.

Account details such as parent email, student first name, date of birth (to confirm age banding), class, and subjects. Session content - what is said or typed with a buddy - so the companion can continue the conversation and show progress.

If you subscribe to ZAI Insight, we also process payment references through Razorpay. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

To create and secure accounts, run oral study and quizzes, generate practice papers you request, send Insight digests you opted into, and improve reliability and safety. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use student conversations to advertise to children.

ZAI is designed for school students with a parent or guardian involved in account setup. Parents can request access, correction, or deletion of a child’s account. We keep data only as long as the account is active, plus a short period needed for backups, billing records, and legal duties.

We share data with processors who help us run ZAI - hosting, voice, and payments - under contracts that limit their use. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not share student profiles with advertisers.

You can update profile details in the account area, cancel Insight anytime, and ask us to export or delete data. See also our Terms and Refund Policy.
