The service

ZAI is a voice-first study companion for school students, provided by Zestaura Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Features include subject buddies, ZAI Life, quizzes, and practice papers. We may improve, pause, or retire features with reasonable notice when the change is material.

Accounts

A parent or guardian should create and oversee the family account. You are responsible for login details and for how the student uses ZAI. Do not share accounts across households. We may suspend access that looks abusive, unsafe, or fraudulent.

Plans

Free includes uncapped oral study, the subject shelf, quizzes, papers, and ZAI Life - without parent digests. ZAI Insight is ₹149 per month per child after a 14-day free trial, billed via Razorpay. Insight can be cancelled anytime; Free study continues. Pricing is shown on the site and may change for new cycles.

Acceptable use

Use ZAI for learning. Do not try to jailbreak companions into harmful content, upload material you do not have rights to, or disrupt the service. Study conversations are for the family that owns the account - not for scraping or resale.

Content and AI

Explanations are generated to help learning and may occasionally be incomplete. ZAI is a study partner, not a school, examiner, or medical or counselling service. For exams, always cross-check with class materials. ZAI Life is a listener, not a therapist.

Liability

To the extent allowed by Indian law, ZAI is provided as-is. We are not liable for exam outcomes, school decisions, or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot waive as a consumer.
