Study on Free is always ₹0. This page covers the optional ZAI Insight subscription, the 14-day trial, and when we refund.

There is nothing to refund on uncapped study.
14 days to try Insight
Cancel in the trial and you are not charged.
Errors come back in full
Duplicate or failed charges are refunded through Razorpay.

Free study
There is nothing to refund on Free. Oral sessions, quizzes, papers, the shelf, and ZAI Life stay available if you never start Insight - and they stay available if you cancel Insight.
14-day Insight trial
ZAI Insight includes a 14-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged. After the trial, Insight is ₹149 per month per child unless you cancel.
Cancelling
Cancel from the account area or by writing to admin@zaidbud.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal. The current paid month remains available until it ends. We do not pro-rate unused days except as described below.
When we refund
If you were charged because of a billing error, a duplicate payment, or because we failed to provide Insight after a successful charge, we will refund in full.
If you request a refund within 7 days of the first paid charge (after the trial) and have not relied on Insight reports in a way that makes reversal impractical, we will usually refund that first month. Later months are not refunded once the period has started, unless required by law.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back through Razorpay to the original payment method. Bank timing is outside our control and often takes 5–10 business days.
